Pneumatic chain hoists
Palair, non-lubricated series with capacity up to 2,000 kg

Palair pneumatic hoists can be used in absence of lubrified air. Consequently, no oil fog is released in the environment. This series is particularly suitable for clean rooms, in food preparation and processing, in the textile industry as well as in all processes where the emission of oil fog is unacceptable Moreover,

• Compact, light, aluminium alloy hoist body
• Air gear motor with starting torque, enables a good control of the hoist at low speed.
• Satellite gear reduction included int the body
• Precision, steel gear in thermally hardened steel, fitted on high-resistance bearings. FEM efficient bearings and manufacturing standards ensure the achievement of the most demanding working cycles.
• Disc brake is sprint set, air released and is self adjusting for wear .
• Up/down switches, integrated in and protected by the hoist body
• Integral air discharge lowers noise emission under 85dbA
• Chain guide to ensure a speedy straightforward sliding and minimal wear.
• Hardened (grade 80) loading chain, in compliance with DIN 5684 standards (safety rating)
• Hooks fitted on the thrust bearings. Both the upper and lower hooks are fitted with a safety lever
• Base coat and Epoxy special finishes

Pneumatic chain hoists
MLK series with capacity between 250 and 1,000 kg

The major advantages of this series are:

• Can work non-stop as their air motors do not overheat
• Dusts, dirt and environmental humidity, as well as corrosive gases remain the external cause of air pressure in the engine. For this reason, the pneumatic hoists are ideal for use in foundries, electro-plating workshops, etc.
• Free from electric shock. This makes the hoists ideal for use in explosion-proof and flammable environments within the chemical industry, refineries, etc. Spark-resistant models are also available
• The structure is in strong aluminium very resistant to atmospheric agents

Steel and cast iron manufacturing, in compliance with the UE Machinery Directive, anti-corrosion, galvanized chain, bearing-fitted hook with external lubrication spot. The ROTORAIR non-lubricated, pneumatic motor is synonym with long working life, low maintenance and no environmental pollution.

Hercu-Link series with lifting capacity between 5,000 and 100,000 kg

This modular series is strong and long-lasting, and it is exceptionally suitable for maintenance application or in the building industry, ship-yards, etc.
The compact structure enables replacing of old hosts with new, manual ones in many industrial applications. The Hercu-Link series is also suitable for the construction of BOP systems.
