Manual hoists Includes a very wide range of chain, rope, lever, etc. hoists
The
Pulling capacity Of the
Lever and chain hoists between 750 and 6 000 kg, whereas the lifting capacity on these manual hoists is between 500 and 25,000 kg
Manual lever hoists
Premium L5H series with pulling capacity between 750 and 6,000 kg

- Braking system Torision-lok
- Knob with position indicator, wide throat, Hardened steel alloy hooks with curved points for an enhanced control of the imbragatura, cast iron, patented chain terminal to prevent the chain from slipping out of the hoist, 3600 handle rotation, whereby a 150 rotation positions and lock the loads (useful in confined areas)
- Classic lifting heights: 1,5 - 3,5 and 6.6 metres
- Strong, cold-cast construction, ensuring a lighter weight, yet a higher resisance against bumps: open structure to ease cleaning and inspection, safe grip even when wearing gloves.
- In compliance with ASME B30.021 and HST - 3M standards
Manual lever hoists
Silver SLB series with pulling capacity between 750 and 6,000 kg

These new lever hoists are ideal for industrial applications, maintenance, repair and lifting of materials in various fields such as petrol refineries, steel productions, foundries, ship-building and constructions in general.
5 models, all CE certified, are available
- The indicator can be actioned single-handedly
- When the SLB is used if a load is applied in the free chain mode the brake will engage, to hold the load and thus minimizing the risk of accidents
- In compliance with ANSI/ASME B30.016 standard and with other world standards, including the EC 95 Machinery Directive
- The SLB series has a chrome finish providing longer service life and more corrosion-resistant coating
Manual chain hoists
The Ingersoll Rand, manual, chain hoist capacity is between 500 and 25.000 kg.
Overload protection is available in standard and optional versions, thus lessening downtime and repair costs deriving from excessive use of the hoist.
The Ingersoll Rand chain manual hoists are perfectly suitable for building, maintenance and assembly operations. Standard and non-standard capacities are also available, as well as spark and corrosion-resistant models.
Manual chain hoists
Premium VL2 series with pulling capacity between 500 and 20,000 kg

Our most popular manual hoists are the Series VL2. Chain manual operations are very smooth and prevent twisting when the hoists are used away from the loading area. This series is perfectly suitable for the building and maintenance sectors, and in the ship building yards and tune-up operations.
Other characteristics
- Manual guide Accu-Feed For a sliding and straightforward use of the hoist
- All steel construction throughout to withstand bumps
- Hardened steel alloy hooks
- Excellent, steel loading chain: an anchor prevents twisting/knotting
- Overload protection prevents or lowers out of use time and repair costs
Manual chain hoists
Silver series with lifting capacity between 500 and 5,000 kg

This series - including six models - has been updated with particular care to safety and performance. The series complies with international standards, including ASME B30.016 and, in certain cases, over comes them.
- Light all steel construction
- Self-adjusting load disc brake
- Hardened steel bearings
- nickel, copper and chrome four-layer finish
- Ideal for the building and renting fields
- The standard lifting height is 3 metres
